1. Initial Consultation:
   
• In-depth discussion to understand your vision, preferences, and ​requirements for the wedding day.
  
2. Services before wedding day:
   
• 30 days prior to the wedding day you will have our services to take ​care of all communications with all vendors and future vendors.
3. Timeline Creation:
   
• Development of a detailed timeline outlining the schedule of ​events for the wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and ​on time.
  
4. Vendor Coordination:
   
• Liaison with all vendors to confirm details, logistics, and timing, ​ensuring seamless coordination on the day of the wedding.
  
5. Wedding Rehearsal Attendance:
   
• Attendance at the wedding rehearsal to coordinate the ceremony ​processional, cues, and timing with the wedding party.
  
6. On-the-Day Coordination:
   
• Start to the last event of the wedding day. During our presences we ​will oversee setup, manage the timeline, coordinate vendors, and ​handle any unexpected issues that may arise.
  
7. Emergency Kit:
   
• Access to a comprehensive emergency kit stocked with essentials ​to handle any last-minute emergencies or mishaps.
  

The Diamond Package

Includes all services from the Pearl Package, plus:

1. Services before wedding day:
   
• 60 days prior to the wedding day you will have our services as needed throughout the planning ​process to discuss any changes, updates, or additional requests.
  
2. Minor Décor Setup and Styling Assistance:
   
• Assistance with minor décor setup until vendors start showing up to venue.
  
3. Final Reception walk through:
   
• Ensuring that all decorative elements are arranged according to your vision and specifications.
  
4. Bridal Party Assistance:
   
• Assistance with coordinating the bridal party, including ensuring everyone is dressed and ready ​on time, everyone is line up correctly for ceremony, and handling any last-minute needs or ​requests.
  
5. Post-Wedding Cleanup:
   
• Coordination of your post-wedding cleanup crew and vendor breakdown, ensuring that the ​venue is left clean and tidy at the end of the night. My goal is for you to get your deposit back!
  
6. Additional Support:
   
• Additional support and assistance throughout the wedding day to ensure that every detail is ​executed flawlessly and that you can relax and enjoy your special day to the fullest.
  
7. Assistance with Guest Management:
   
• Assistance with guest seating, directing guests to ceremony and reception locations, and ​addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.
8. On-the-Day Coordination:
   
• All day presence during the wedding day. During our presences we will oversee setup, manage ​the timeline, coordinate vendors, and handle any unexpected issues that may arise.
